Styx Audio (“Styx Audio”, “we”, “us”) operates the website styxaudio.com. This notice explains how we handle personal data collected on this website and pages that link to it.
Important: we do not process orders or payments on styxaudio.com. Checkout, payment processing, license issuance and device activations are provided by Audioloom Inc. on their systems. For any personal data processed during checkout or license activation, Audioloom is the independent controller. See Audioloom’s Privacy Policy and contact privacy@audioloom.com for those activities.
This policy applies only to data we collect on styxaudio.com outside of checkout.

2) What we collect on styxaudio.com
Contact and support data: name, email, message content, and any information you choose to include when you contact us.

Newsletter data: email address and marketing preferences when you subscribe.

Technical and usage data: IP address, device and browser type, language, pages viewed, timestamps, referrer, approximate location, cookie identifiers, advertising identifiers, and similar metadata collected via cookies, pixels and scripts.

Ad and analytics data: pseudonymous identifiers from analytics and advertising partners (for example Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel) and event data such as page views and conversions.

We do not collect or store payment card numbers on styxaudio.com.

7) Retention
Contact and support correspondence: up to 24 months after the last interaction.

Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

Technical logs and analytics data: up to 12 months, unless a longer period is needed for security or legal reasons.


8) Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. For payment security and PCI matters, refer to Audioloom, since checkout is not processed on our systems.


9) International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms.


10) Your choices and rights
Email marketing: unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us.

Cookies and ads: manage preferences in the cookie banner or use platform tools such as Google Ad Settings, Meta Ad Preferences, and device ad settings.
